Genesis of Cognition

I've fallen off the horse.
These words,
they bear no sense.
These statements are of no construction,
but mere fragments of my brain.
Philosophy,
Theology,
the quest,
all in the same.
Man fails to grasp of the eternal;
Upon which
he hurls his
mortal stain.
We know nothing of our own accord,
my predicament is yours the same.
I've fallen off the horse never to brandish it's reins again.
In this vast state of humanity,
one cannot fail to find a friend.
This simple truth be known,
for all are of adam kin.
It is this fateful fall that
reveals itself in hearts of men,
for it is in this event
our fragment and flawed
cognitions of God lay within.
